A Growing Reality
Keylog S.p.A. was established as listed consortium in December 2004 by several Italian companies with the intent to join forces and offer on the market personnel specialized in a wide variety of tasks.
In its first two years of operation, the consortium successfully completes a series of contracts in northern Italy, especially in the field of logistics and porterage, but the overall company's growth is stagnating.
2006 represents the year of change when Antonio Gaudioso and Alessandro Galfetti acquire the complete stock and take over the management of the Consortium, beginning a process of deep innovation. Together, they conclude major contracts with leading companies and set up a working method to monitor quality and efficiency at all levels of the organization.
The results arrive soon with erarnings reaching the ten million euro threshold.
The most important aspect, however, is the double digit growth that has kept a steady pace of about 15 percent year over year. A trend that still continues today, despite the international crisis, and is a further proof of the sound choices made by the new management.
